AdvancedIO Analog + Rel is a compact device designed for automation, measurement and regulation. AdvancedIO Analog + Rel contains eight analog inputs / outputs that can be used to measure temperature (Nix, PTX), voltage (0-10V) and current (0-30mA). At the same time, they can be set as output, which allows setting the output voltage (0-10V) for controlling external modules. Advanced IO Analog + Rel includes two current outputs (current loops) (0 – 20 mA). Four digital inputs can be used to connect different sensors with digital output. Two digital inputs have an implemented pulse counting function and can be used to connect measuring devices with pulse output. AdvancedIO Analog + Rel contains four switching relays, whose maximum switching current is 5 A and voltage 250 VAC. The entire device can be part of the Industry 4.0 platform and is controlled via a serial RS485 interface using the Modbus / RTU industrial communication protocol, or via an Ethernet interface using the Modbus / TCP industrial communication protocol. It also includes a display with buttons, which can be used to control individual outputs manually - by the operator. At the same time, it is possible to observe the states of inputs / outputs in real time.
